We also offer a unique profile geared to assess the general safety awareness of those individuals involved in materials handling, delivery services, and driving of company vehicles and any other areas where safety in the workplace is an issue.

SINCE 1970, CDS has provided employers with easy to understand, business oriented profiles that are designed to support and enhance individual / organizational hiring policies and practices. The CDS Personnel Assessment System and the profiles it generates, not only assist in hiring decisions, but also provide training and development narratives geared toward identifying and developing the strongest and most effective traits of new hires, as well as assisting Management in the training & development of current employees.
