The value in the CDS employee assessment report is the simplicity of the output to guide the hiring manager in how the traits of the prospect match time-tested standards of success prediction within job categories. Several easy-to-read reports are generated for the hiring managers review. the job category reports are; Sales, Management / Supervisory, General Employment, Insurance Agent and Safety and Awareness.
After completing a detailed questionnaire of 99 questions, the employee recruit's responses are submitted to the software on your computer. Quickly the employee's responses are scored, assessed and a menu of reports is generated for management review.
To the right is a sample short-form personnel assessment report. You view three of the pages by clicking the tabs at the top, page one, page two and page three. Mouse over the report to get additional information.
