Evaluate prospective employees in any of five areas with specific language related to that job category:

• Insurance Agent
• Safety Awareness

The subject’s responses to the questionnaire are broken down into thirteen basic personality traits.  The score on each trait is displayed and falls either inside or outside of a shaded area of typical ranges found in successful performers in that job category. 

The asterisks draw attention to the traits that tend to be the most important in that job area.

The Primary Focus Areas display graphically the relative strengths in the focus area being measured in that particular job category.
