Page Two The General Synopsis page provides a narative on the personality traits measured in our assessment. You will see things like, "Capable of understanding coomplicated systems, procedures and methods... little difficulty comprehending technical information." or, "Highly people-minded... alert tonew sources of business... enjoys activiity and will likely respond well to coaching/training in prospecting methods and techniques."

Page Two

The General Synopsis page is specifically designed to explain the applicant or current employee’s basic style or strength in each of the seven topics covered. 

For example, in administration or a general office position Response to Supervision would be discussed.  For a sales position Customer Contact and Closing Strengths would be discussed as well as any area of concern that might relate to success in the sales professions. 

With the addition of the CDS Safety Awareness profile, positions such as driver, warehouseman, delivery services, etc., specific attention is drawn to Level of Distraction and Safety Awareness.
