Introduction to Report

The value in the CDS employee assessment report is the simplicity of the output to guide management in how the traits of the Potential Hire/Current Employee match time-tested standards of success predicted within various job categories.

Several easy-to-read reports are generated for management to review. The job category reports are: Sales, Management / Supervisory, General Employment, & Insurance Agent.

Basic Administration Method

After completing a detailed questionnaire, the individual's responses are submitted via the internet. After the individual's responses are submitted they are scored and assessed; generating a menu of reports for management to review.

To the right is a sample short-form personnel assessment report. This short-form has 3 pages you may view examples of by placing your cursor over the "Sample Report" tab, and in the drop-down box click on sample report P. 1, Sample Report P. 2 & Sample Report P. 3.
